Ben O'Brien is Creative Director of Kastner & Partners in Sydney. K&P is a small agency producing big ideas for clients including Red Bull in Australia and NZ.

Prior to this, Ben was Associate Creative Director at JWT Sydney, and a Creative Group Head at DDB Sydney, where he helped the agency win 2008 Campaign Brief Agency of the Year, AdNews Agency of the Year and Creative Magazine ‘Advertising Hotshop’.

With over twelve years experience, Ben’s work has been recognised both locally and internationally at award shows including Cannes, Clio, The One Show, The New York Festivals, AWARD, ADMA, Folio, The Caxtons, The Siren Radio Awards and The Melbourne Art Directors Club.

In 2008, Ben was awarded a Silver Clio, a Merit Award at The One Show, a Bronze Pencil at AWARD and a Bronze Cannes Lion.

In previous lives, Ben has been a fashion designer and a casino blackjack dealer. He has a passion for cars he cannot afford and talking about himself in the third person.
